L&Q will create 137 new homes, including 53% affordable housing, on the long-term vacant site. The development will deliver attractive new public realm improvements, including planting, street furniture, and a private courtyard for residents.

The plans have been designed by award winning architects GSA to reflect the character of the area. It will consist of a part eight and part 18 storey building which draws inspiration from local post war architecture, including the iconic No. 1 Croydon building.

L20 Doorsets are supplying all doorsets including SBD Front Entrance doorsets. Both of our sister companies are involved on this project, JPS interiors who are carrying out all carpentry works and London Architectural Hardware who are supplying all ironmongery.
