L20 is excited to have won another tender with Oakdean Construction – in one of London’s most exclusive areas.

Situated near the Prime Minister and Chancellor’s official Downing Street homes and just a stone’s throw from landmarks such as Big Ben, the Queen Street address is expected to be highly sought after.

Oakdean will be converting the 27,190 sq ft building into 16 luxury apartments, consisting of 14 three bed apartments, one five bed apartment and one one-bed penthouse.

L20 Doorsets will be taking on all joinery and 50 doorsets on the exciting project.
