The Faircharm Creative Quarter is an exciting £43.6 million development in South East London that will bring a seamless mix of creative space and residential housing to Deptford.

The scheme includes the restoration of two commercial buildings and four new residential buildings ranging from six to 12 storeys - and 148 new homes.

Working for main contractor Bouygues UK, L20 Doorsets manufactured and provided 1500 FD30 and FD60 doorsets and associated ironmongery spread over four buildings and 150 plots, including residential, commercial space and communal areas. These included a range of finishes, including veneered, painted and pre-finished.

L20 Doorsets also undertook a number of bespoke doorsets with timber cladding during the project.
